About Varaie

Building AI for real-world workflow execution

Varaie builds reliable AI calling technology that completes real-world phone workflows on behalf of individuals and organizations. Our flagship product, AZcall, helps users schedule appointments, resolve billing issues, coordinate services, and manage other time-consuming calls.

Fewer hallucinations

Powered by our proprietary Dynamic Language System, AZcall is designed to reduce AI hallucinations and deliver dependable performance during complex, dynamic conversations.

Proven builders

Our team is led by experienced AI entrepreneurs whose previous company, BabbleLabs, was acquired by Cisco. As a member of the NVIDIA Inception Program, we work with leading technology and telecom organizations.

Access for everyone

We build technology that gives people their time back while improving access to essential services for patients, caregivers, older adults, deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals, and immigrant communities.

Why outbound AI?

Robo dialers are built for volume. Varaie is built for completion.

Most voice AI is built for inbound support or outbound campaigns. Varaie is built for the operational calls businesses have to make to get work done.

These are not cold calls, call campaigns, or robo-dialed conversations. They are required workflows that often involve phone trees, hold times, transfers, verification, and follow-through.

  • Scheduling appointments
  • Verifying information
  • Coordinating claims
  • Following up with vendors
  • Resolving billing issues
  • Escalating service requests
Leadership

Built by a team that has done it before

Varaie is led by a team with deep experience building AI communications technology, scaling enterprise platforms, and operating venture-backed companies. The team previously built BabbleLabs, an AI communications company backed by Dell Technologies Capital and Intel Capital. BabbleLabs delivered over 10x ROI and was acquired by Cisco in 2020.
